Browsing. This website is a static site. When you visit, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address to serve pages securely and prevent abuse.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and approximate location. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.
Booking. When you check availability or book, you are taken to our booking system, which is operated by Hostaway on the subdomain booking.bosvillasbali.com. There you provide your name, contact details, stay dates, and payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Xendit. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
Contact. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process the contact details and message content you send us in order to reply and to manage your stay.
Embedded content. Some pages embed content from third parties: villa video tours from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode), a location map from Google Maps, and our guest services menu from Canva. These providers may process technical data when the embedded content loads.
Booking and payment records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting obligations under Indonesian law. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to manage your stay and any follow-up. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings.
